UK Postal Orders
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards with the exception of Diners, American Express and Solo Cards , via the PayPal payment system. Please select 'PayPal' as your payment method and once you have confirmed your order, click on the 'PayPal' icon on the confirmation screen. You do not require a 'PayPal' account to pay by Debit or Credit Card.
We cannot accept cards which begin with '4917', as you have to be present when these cards are presented.
If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please make your cheque payable to 'Function Photos Ltd'- don'´t forget to enclose your remittance with your Order. Please complete all details on the Order Form.
SHIPPING & POSTAGE
The name and address details you give will be used to despatch your prints to you. Please ensure that your details are complete and include your valid daytime telephone number, in case of query. We make every effort to ensure that your despatch details are as necessary but we cannot accept responsibility for incomplete information.
All prints are despatched as specified on your order. They may be despatched in large special board backed envelopes or packages which may not fit through a standard letterbox.
We cannot accept liability for any prints which are not or cannot be delivered to you for whatever reason.
If you wish your prints to be despatched by guaranteed, signed for delivery, with replacement for lost or damaged items, please select the appropriate shipping method on your order.
Please also remember that asking on the comments line, 'If not in, please leave with neighbour at No.64', is simply not possible for us to carry out. We are not permitted to place alternative delivery instructions on the envelope and we have been advised that even if we did, they would not be carried out by your Postie.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
As your Prints and Photoproducts are bespoke items and are produced to your Order, we're sorry but we cannot accept any cancellation once your Order has been placed and processed. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your Order once it has been delivered, please contact us immediately or return it to us with a description of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue, either by reprinting or re-manufacturing the item. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the cost of the item to you.
Items damaged or lost within your selected Delivery Method are not covered under our Refund Policy and we do always recommend choosing 'Guaranteed/Signed For' as your Delivery Method.
We endeavour to fulfill your order within 5 - 10 working days of receipt - at peak times this may be a few days longer
